Collection of Data Transferred Directly

When you contact us via email, telephone, fax, or through a contact form, for example as part of quick contact, an application, a registration, or a project inquiry, the data you provide to us (your email address, possibly your name, phone number, images, model books, videos, and your message to us) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions or process your request. We delete the data collected in this context once storage is no longer necessary, or we restrict the processing if there are legal retention obligations. The legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest) and Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent). If the email contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. This personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit prior consent.

Collection of Personal Data When Visiting Our Website

When you use our website purely for informational purposes, i.e., if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server.
