A model booker is a central figure in a Model agency, which acts as a link between Models and customers. This role requires an extensive skill set including talent management, customer relations, negotiation and project management. The booker is responsible for the administrative implementation of the bookings. The booker uses existing processes and contracts that are given to him by the model agency. Depending on the field of activity, the booker can also look after an exclusive circle of customers and thus acts as a key account manager, but is also used to acquire new customers and thus acts as a sales manager. Since modeling agencies are rather small organizations, the tasks of different business areas overlap.
